ACS and compliance evidence
Policies, certificates, risk assessments and training records with version history and expiry, and the ACS pack generated rather than assembled.
Status
In development
Compliance is in development. Document storage and expiry exist inside event setup today; the company-wide register and the generated ACS pack do not.
The problem
- ACS assessment week is two people in a room rebuilding evidence that already exists somewhere.
- Nobody is sure which version of the policy was in force on the night of the incident.
What it does
- Documents with version history, owner, review date and expiry, so the version in force on any given date is answerable.
- Training records and certificates against people and roles.
- Evidence pack assembled from the record for an assessment, with the gaps listed rather than hidden.
How it joins up
- Staffing supplies the people and qualifications; Control supplies the operational evidence an assessor asks to see.
Who it is for
- Quality and compliance managers at ACS-approved contractors.
