Deployments is in development. The shared shift and call-sign spine it depends on is built; the planning board is not finished and is not shown as if it were.
The problem
- The deployment plan is a Word table that stops matching reality forty minutes into the shift.
- Nobody can answer 'how many on the north gate right now' without three radio calls.
What it does
- Positions and zones defined per event, with the minimum for each taken from the licence, not from habit.
- Roster mapped onto positions, coverage shown against requirement, and uncovered positions raised before doors.
- Site plan showing where people are, updated as sign-ins and moves happen.
- Breaks and reliefs planned rather than improvised.
How it joins up
- Staffing supplies the roster; Control shows the coverage state on the dashboard.
