Security staffing and SIA compliance
Directory, screening packs, licence tracking and rota, with an expired badge stopped before it reaches a gate.
Status
In build
Staffing is in build. The directory, screening tracking, licence rules, rota import, availability and invitations are working; supplier billing and payroll export are not built.
The problem
- Licence expiry lives in a spreadsheet that is accurate on the day someone updates it.
- BS 7858 screening evidence is scattered across email, and an auditor asks for it in one folder.
- Rotas arrive as spreadsheets and photographs of a whiteboard, and get retyped.
What it does
- Company staff directory with SIA licence number, expiry and the qualifications each role requires.
- Screening packs completed on a phone: identity, address history, employment gaps and references, tracked against BS 7858 rather than scored.
- A licence expiring mid-shift is refused at the point of assignment, not discovered at sign-in.
- Rota import from spreadsheet or photograph, with fuzzy name and SIA matching, a validation pass and a rollback.
- Availability calendar, shift offers, accept and decline with reasons, and sign-in on the day.
How it joins up
- Deployment turns the roster into positions on the site plan and reports gaps against your minimums.
- Control freezes the call sign, name and licence number on every entry that person is attributed to.
- Compliance holds the certificates and training records behind the qualifications shown here.
Who it is for
- Resourcing and operations managers at SIA security suppliers.
- Companies preparing for an ACS assessment.
