Control room log software
The running log, the checks and the handover, on one screen that keeps working when the signal does not.

Control is the finished product. Everything on this page exists today and can be shown running in a demo.
The problem
- The day book is a paper pad, a WhatsApp group and someone's memory. Three sources that disagree by the time anyone asks.
- Check calls are ticked on a printed sheet, so a missed round is only discovered when it matters.
- The debrief pack is rebuilt by hand in the week after the event, from records written under pressure and never reconciled.
What it does
- Append-only log with a sequential reference on every entry, the time it happened and the time it was recorded held separately.
- Corrections are amendments: attributed, timed, and shown beneath the original, which never changes.
- Radio checks and routine checks on intervals you set per event, with a due board and an overdue alarm rather than a paper tick sheet.
- Quick log bar and command palette: a medical incident goes in with a reference in under ten seconds, by keyboard or dictation.
- Dual-screen control room — wall board on one screen, entry on the other, kept in step.
- Works offline. Writes queue on the device and synchronise when the network returns, keeping their original times.
- Handover produced from the record, and a debrief pack, Excel export and redacted report at the end.
How it joins up
- Staffing supplies who was signed on, on what call sign, at the moment an entry was written — so attribution is frozen and survives a shift change.
- Ejections records raised in the field appear in the log as a single referenced line, linked to the full record.
- Reports reads every closed event's log for rates per thousand attendees and year-on-year comparison at the same venue.
Who it is for
- Control room managers and event controllers.
- Head of security for a venue or a festival.
- Anyone who has to hand a licensing officer a log the following week.
